Our Products sells luxury fashion and artifacts/furniture etc from India’s most coveted designers and artists respectively. A complete list of all our designers and collections, are provided on the respective home pages.

As an authorized online distributor’s platform for all of the designers, manufacturers sellers we feature, we guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Order Processing Time

All orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days after order payment.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination delivery partners clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. For Cash on Delivery orders, please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.

International Orders

We currently do not ship outside India but generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

International Orders if started then Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. Free shipping is offered as per order volume and to customers in India only.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost. If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible at our email or call us.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility including tariffs, taxes, and other costs.

Insurance insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
